Where an existing fence needs to come out, we can remove and dispose of it, rebuild the boundary and leave the work area clean. Turf and garden edges disturbed by the work can also be reinstated where included in the scope.

Fence lines, access, ground conditions, levels and drainage all affect the right construction approach. A site visit allows us to measure accurately and identify the work needed for a reliable result.

Requirements vary with the location, wall height, loads and project type. Engineering, boundary confirmation, pool-safety requirements or council approval may apply in some situations. These requirements are identified and allowed for where appropriate, and work is completed under the relevant QBCC and project responsibilities.

Our quote will set out the agreed scope, including demolition, disposal, access, reinstatement and any owner responsibilities that apply.
